Client Ratings

Since 1990 we have been surveying clients by mail to gauge overall performance and satisfaction with our services. On anonymous feedback forms, 98.3% said the services they received were worth the time, money and effort they invested.

We also ask clients to comment on the REASON for their rating. A sample of these answers is reproduced below, along with additional comments spontaneously volunteered when we contacted clients for permission to include their response in our website.
