Services to Clients Who
Live Outside St. Louis

Our individual job and career change services are easily accessible to people who live outside the St. Louis area. There are two ways to do this: working intensively with Anna Navarro, the founder of Work Transitions, in St. Louis or working with someone Anna has trained, who may be closer to your local area.

If you want to consider working with Anna, but live outside the St. Louis area, the process starts with a 50-minute phone diagnostic session. This session provides the opportunity to discuss your situation, as well as explore how we work, so you and Anna can decide if it makes sense to go forward.

After the diagnostic, if you decide to proceed, the next step is to schedule a three-day visit to St. Louis during which you will meet personally with Anna for 10 hours. This intensive session will require 15-20 hours of advance preparation and results in a clear understanding of what you want in a career. It also allows you and Anna to get to know each other in some depth. The subsequent stages of the process are done by phone. Please review the "Individual Career and Job Change Services" section which further explains the WorkTransitions process.

If your schedule prohibits you from working with Anna personally, or you would prefer to work with a career strategist who is closer to your area, we will be glad to refer you. This service is free of charge.

All the strategists to whom we refer have been personally selected and extensively trained by Anna and all use the WorkTransitions process. We take our referrals very seriously and we ask for feedback from clients - so we know that the people to whom we refer get good ratings.
